Why am I excited to go running today?

• I get to see the "Northwest Profile #64: Greenlake Power Walkers" in action.
• It gave me the perfect excuse to make a new playlist.
• I hope that in time I can approach my 6 MPH horizontal asymptote.
  
• If gets sunnier, maybe all the puppies will be out for a run, too.
  
• I am fulfilling my promise to her to encourage him to reduce the pudge without making the direct statement: "Dude. Reduce the pudge."
• I am excited for the cheesecake that he brought back for me to Seattle in an insulated lunch bag across the country on a 6-hour flight from Manhattan's Carnegie Deli.
• The Singaporean/Filipino Korean Ramen will probably taste really good as all food tastes after a good run.
